Justin Huebener

About Me.

Justin Huebener is currently a Vice President on the Global Marketing & Communications team at Hines.

Previously, Justin led the marketing and communications team at L&L Holding Company and was responsible for developing and executing marketing, communications and brand strategy to support the acquisition, leasing, and development activities of the company’s portfolio - most notably 425 Park Avenue, TSX Broadway, Terminal Warehouse and The Wynwood Plaza, among others.

Prior to L&L, Justin was Assistant Vice President, Marketing at Rockefeller Group, where he led the direction and growth of the Rockefeller Group brand, and focused primarily on marketing strategy and initiatives for the company's development projects and core holdings, most notably the $600 million repositioning of the former Time-Life Building, 1271 Avenue of the Americas, and the sales and marketing launch for Rockefeller Group's first residential project in New York - Rose Hill. Additionally, he led the re-brand of the entire corporate organization, a first in over 30+ years, at a time critical to the company's transformation and continued growth.

Previously he was the Leasing Marketing Manager for EQ Office, a real estate portfolio company of Blackstone, and was responsible for directing the strategy and implementing marketing programs for their entire New York portfolio.

Justin is a proud member of ULI, and of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York where he served for two years on the Board of Governors.

Justin is a cum laude graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and received his Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University in the City of New York. He is based in Houston, TX with his husband, Michael.
