Justin Huebener is the Assistant Vice President, Head of Marketing for Rockefeller Group, responsible for global stewardship of the Rockefeller Group brand, and focuses primarily on marketing strategy and initiatives for the company's national development projects and core holdings, including the repositioning of 1271 Avenue of the Americas.
Previously he was the Leasing Marketing Manager for EQ Office, a real estate portfolio company of Blackstone, and was responsible for directing the strategy and implementing marketing programs for their entire New York portfolio. Major projects included 229W43 (the former home of the New York Times), 3 Bryant Park, 5 Bryant Park, 1140 Avenue of the Americas, 1411 Broadway, 717 Fifth Avenue and Park Avenue Tower.
Justin serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Avenue of the Americas Association and is currently the Public Relations Chair on the Board of Governors for the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York.
Justin is a cum laude graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and received his Masters of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University. He lives in Manhattan.
