Justin Huebener is currently Assistant Vice President, Marketing for Rockefeller Group and is responsible for stewardship of the Rockefeller Group brand and focuses primarily on marketing strategy and initiatives for the company's national development projects and core holdings.

Previously he was the Leasing Marketing Manager for Equity Office, a real estate portfolio company of Blackstone, and was responsible for directing the strategy and implementing marketing programs for their New York City assets. Major projects include 229W43 (the former home of the New York Times), 3 Bryant Park, 1140 Avenue of the Americas, 5 Bryant Park, 717 Fifth Avenue and Park Avenue Tower.

Mr. Huebener is a cum laude graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, with continued studies at Parsons The New School of Design and Harvard Business School, and is currently pursuing his Executive Master of Science in Strategic Communication at Columbia University.

Mr. Huebener sits on the Board of Directors of the Avenue of the Americas Association and is an active member of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York. He lives in Manhattan.
